Feb 26
- A Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida man, 24, was charged with DUI.
Feb. 25
- Calen Wayne Bowling, 21, of Bogart was booked as a sentenced inmate and released on Feb. 26.Â
- A Buford man, 20, was charged with driving without a license and speeding.
- A 30-year-old Hartwell man was charged with simple battery and misdemeanor theft by taking.
- An 18-year-old Jefferson man was charged with DUI under 21, underage possession of alcohol, and speeding.
- A 20-year-old Hoschton man was charged with underage possession of alcohol.
- A 19-year-old Talmo man was charged with underage possession of alcohol.
- A 20-year-old Nicholson woman was charged with underage possession of alcohol.
- An 18-year-old Hoschton man was charged with underage possession of alcohol.

- Jesse Daniel Wright, 28, of Bishop, was charged with theft by receiving.
Feb. 23
- Michael Robert Stolorena, 19, of Lilburn, was charged with purchase, possession or manufacture of a dangerous drug, violation of the controlled substances act, and speeding.
- A 33-year-old Athens woman was charged with misdemeanor theft by shoplifting.

- A 20-year-old Bogart man was charged with DUI under 21 and failure to stop at a stop sign.
- Shelley Lynn Carter, 31, of Lawrenceville was booked and released the same day as a sentenced inmate.
- A Jefferson woman, 28, was charged with criminal trespass.
Feb. 21
- , 28, of Athens, was charged with trafficking marijuana and driving an unregistered vehicle.
- Tanya Makaila Stoddart, 30, of Athens, was booked on a fugitive warrant.
- Tracy Ophelia Fitzpatrick, 42, of Hull, was charged with failure to appear on an original charge of identity fraud.
