Sexual Battery Report Under Investigation
An Oconee County Middle School employee notified authorities of the incident, which allegedly occurred at an Oconee County residence at the end of September.
Few details are being released about a sexual battery incident that was reported to authorities by an Oconee County Middle School employee last week.
The incident allegedly occurred at an Oconee residence on the afternoon of Sept. 28. It was reported to the school employee on Oct. 1, who notified the Sheriff's Office the same day.
An investigation continues.
