New Residential Developments Coming To Peachtree Corners
Three new developments are in the works.

PEACHTREE CORNERS, GA -- New residential construction is taking off in Peachtree Corners.
Three new developments are in the works in the city. That's in addition to the more than 400 permits for residential construction the city issued in 2015.
On Monday, the city shared details about the three new developments that are in the works -- Duke Reserve, Oglethorpe and The Terraces at Peachtree Corners.

Home construction on Duke Reserve and Oglethorpe is expected to begin by the end of the year, while The Terraces is in the early planning stages, the city announced.

Located at Spalding Drive and Triangle Parkway, Duke Reserve will include 25 townhomes on 4.33 acres.
They will be two-story homes, 2,750-3,500 square feet, made of four-sided brick in a gated community.
Prices will be from $500,000. The builder is Peachtree Residential, LLC.
Oglethorpe
Located at Spalding Drive and Spalding Terrace, Oglethorpe will be made up of 19 detached, single-family homes on 5.13 acres.
They'll be two-story homes, from 3,000-4,000 square feet, in a gated community.
Prices are expected to start at $600,000. Peachtree Residential also is the developer and builder at Oglethorpe.
The Terraces at Peachtree Corners
Located at Parkway Lane and Jaybird Alley, The Terraces will be 100 townhomes on 15 acres.
The homes will average 2,400 square feet and will be priced in the $300,000s.
Taylor Morrison Homes is the builder.
