• GBI investigates death of a 17-year-old male (valdostatoday.com) — Pooler residents should know that the state crime lab here will handle the autopsy of a 17-year-old found fatally shot outside a Bloomingdale apartment complex on December 14. GBI agents are investigating and asking anyone with information to contact Bloomingdale police, the Statesboro GBI office, or submit anonymous tips online or by phone.
