Army Sgt. 1st Class Nathan J. Kerr has arrived for duty at the Bloomington Recruiting Station, Minn.
His wife, Whitley, is the daughter of David Adams of McDonough and Teresa Adams of Long Leaf Drive, Roswell.
Kerr, an army recruiting station commander with 13 years of military service, is assigned to the Minneapolis Recruiting Battalion.
He is the son of William J. and Lynn Kerr of Regimental Way, Grayling, Mich.
The sergeant first class graduated in 1996 from Flushing High School, Mich., and received a bachelor's degree in 2010 from Liberty University, Lynchburg, Va
