Music On The Hill Returns With The Divas

ROSWELL, GA — After a successful launch in September, Roswell’s newest concert series, Music on the Hill, will return Friday with The Divas who will perform songs by some of the most popular female music artists.

Vocalists Gwen Hughes, Melanie Dobbins and Pam Cushenan will bolt out tunes by Carole King, Linda Ronstadt and Stevie Nicks from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Friday, Oct. 12 on the lawn of Roswell City Hall at 38 Hill Street. The musical accompaniment will be provided by renown quintet Jazz Jones Legacy.

Music on the Hill is a free outdoor concert series on the grounds of City Hall, the crown jewel of Hill Street. Presented by the city of Roswell, with musical production provided by Atlanta Plays it Forward, Music on the Hill invites concert goers to experience City Hall’s beautiful tree-lined lawn in a whole new way: spread a blanket, unpack a picnic, uncork a bottle, and unwind from your busy week while enjoying some of the best live music in the Atlanta metro area.

Attendees may bring their own food and drinks, but beer and wine will also be available for purchase on site, as well as a limited number of $10 boxed sandwich meals from local restaurant Fickle Pickle. In addition, a limited number of VIP tables for six are available at $100 per table.

Free parking is available at City Hall, and free trolley service will be provided by Roswell Trolley. You can view the trolley route by visiting its website.
