Q & A With New Roswell Tilted Kilt Owner

Victor Beall shares with Roswell Patch why he invested in the franchise, the city and his favorite item on the menu.

Tilted Kilt on Holcomb Bridge Road is cutting the ribbon once again. Though the Irish-themed pub has been open for some time now, the franchise recently underwent a change in ownership and management.

New owner, Victor Beall, will cut the ribbon on the restaurant this afternoon, Friday, Jan. 27, in an effort to earn new business and "be a positive influence on our community," he said.
