Roswell Home Invasion Suspect Arrested
Robert Earl Foster Jr. has been charged with five felony counts, including aggravated assault and false imprisonment.

Roswell Police have arrested a homeless man in connection with a home invasion earlier this month.
Roswell Police Officer Lisa Holland said in a release Wednesday morning that Robert Earl Foster Jr., 27, has been charged with burglary, aggravated battery, aggravated assault, false imprisonment and theft by taking.
She said that around 9 a.m. on Oct. 18, a masked suspect entered the back of a home at 520 Hembree Grove Overlook, surprising a resident. There was a brief altercation and both people were injured.
She said the victim was bound with duct tape by the suspect, who was armed with a knife. Although not seriously injured, the resident was taken to a hospital for treatment.
Holland said the suspect fled the scene on foot. Foster was arrested on Monday at an extended stay hotel near the Hembree Grove Overlook home, she said.
Foster also is wanted by Cobb County authorities and the Georgia Board of Pardons and Parole, Holland said.
