Roswell Restaurant Week: Diesel Pizza & Pub

, at the corner of Norcross and Alpharetta Streets, is an old filling station that has been repurposed into a cool place to grab a slice with friends or catch a game at the bar.

"We decided to participate in restaurant week in hopes of introducing new people to our restaurant," said Tara Cameron, Diesel's general manager. "We have selected some of the top sellers on our pre-set menus so people who have never been here before will try the best items."

Throughout the rest of the weekend, Diesel is offering the following prix fixe menu:

Lunch, $10

• Appetizer: Small Caesar, Greek salad, olive platter
• Main Course: Two slices of pizza with choice of one topping, Off Roader Panini, Ham & Brie Panini, High Octane Panini, SPO Sub or Chicken Caesar Sub
• Dessert: Cannoli or ice cream

Dinner, $30

• Appetizer: Choice of one starter - Garlic bread, Italian olive platter, small salad: Caesar, Garage, Greek or Spinach
• Main Course: Choice of one large specialty pizza - High Octane Diesel’s Veggie Lovers Pizza, The MackDiesel’s Deluxe Pizza, Turbo Charger Diesel’s Meat Lovers Pizza
• Dessert: Canolli or ice cream
