  1. BizPitch Savannah 2022 finalists have been announced. The eight finalists were selected from an initial field of 24. The winner of the entrepreneurial competition will receive free professional services and a cash prize. The awards are meant to bring the business idea into reality.   2. The Savannah Fire Department responded to a warehouse fire on Saturday. The incident occurred at Cornwall and Hastings Street. Thankfully, no injuries were reported during the fire. Crews were able to prevent the flames from impacting nearby businesses. (WTOC)
  3. The Savannah Police Department is currently investigating a Friday night shooting. The incident occurred at West 57th and Boyd Street around 11:00 p.m. A male received a gunshot wound to the back during the incident. The department reports that the wound is non-life-threatening. (WTOC)
