  1. Qualifying women ages 40 to 64 can visit the St. Joseph’s/Candler’s Mobile Mammography Unit in the Chatham County Health Department parking lot on Mar. 28 for a free mammogram. Women must meet income guidelines and not currently have health insurance. Slots are available between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., and patients can call 912-356-2946 to make an appointment. (WSAV-TV)
  2. The Youth Conservation Corps (YCC) is accepting applications until Apr. 28 from 15 to 18-year-olds interested in working at Fort Pulaski National Park this summer. Participants need no prior experience, and will learn about natural and cultural resource management, trail maintenance, and preservation.   3. Famed producer, Norman Leer, is filming Clean Slate in Savannah next week and looking for extras.   • Up the road in Hardeeville, City Hall will be hosting the Easter Eggs-travaganza on Apr. 1 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The first 100 kids will get a free Easter basket, and children 12 and under can try and find some of the 8,000 eggs in the Easter egg hunt. (Bluffton Today)
