Inside Sales Representative

IBM is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Smyrna for a telephone-based sales position. The ideal candidate should have:

• At least two years experience in a combination of Sales, Telemarketing or Customer Relations positions;
• Bachelor's Degre;
• At least one year experience in delivering results of monthly targets/forecasts, and six months experience in cold calling prospects, up-selling and cross selling;
• At least one year experience in software sales.
