Account Payable Representative

Emory-Adventist Hospital is seeking an Account Payable to perform adminstrative and clerical tasks related to the efficient maintainance and processing of accounts payable transactions.

Job responsibilities include:

• Review invoices and check requests;
• Sort and match invoices and check requests;
• Reconcile payments;
• Prepare analysis of accounts, and monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date;
• Resolve invoice discrepancies;
• Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries;
• Produces monthly reports and assist in month end closing.
