- Early in-person advance voting has started in Cobb County. Smyrna voters will be able to cast ballots at the Smyrna Community Center on Village Green Cir. SE. The location will feature a drop box for absentee ballots. The drop box is located inside the building and will only be open during regular voting hours from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (City of Smyrna)
- The Acworth Police Department is currently investigating a series of Cobb County robberies that appear to have a similar pattern. The robberies consisted of an online buyer striking sellers in the face before stealing shoes. Local police are reminding residents to only sell/buy items in well-lit and heavily populated areas. - The North Cobb Regional Library is hosting a dynamic exhibit from the Georgia Commission on the Holocaust. The exhibit is titled "Fashioning a Nation: German Identity and Industry, 1914-1945." The exhibition will be on display through Dec. 15 from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. (Cobb County)
