SunTrust Park Food Inspections: Inadequate Handwashing, Food Not Stored Or Covered

SMYRNA, GA — Ah, baseball. The warm temperatures, the smell of franks in the air, going to the ballpark to enjoy American's favorite pasttime never gets old. But you know what does get old? Food. So, aren't we happy that we have mandatory food inspections at restaurants?
Food inspections are in for Cobb County's newest entertainment district, SunTrust Park. You'll notice some of the more renown eateries are here, along with some not-so-known ones. To see more information about the eating establishments, click on the date or score.
The state uses a point system in rating the food industry. Each item is valued between 1 and 9 on an inspection form. Points can be deducted (often shown in red) as well. More points can be taken based on the greater risk of sickness and repeat violations be mean even more subtracted from a restaurant's score.
Scores from 90 to 100 are signified by the letter A. From 89 to 80 is a B, from 79 to 70 is a C and a U is for less than 70.
