1. Cobb Fire and Emergency Rescue Services have announced that a teen boy who fell into a partially frozen lake has died. Two teenage boys reportedly tumbled into a lake in nearby Kennesaw on Wednesday. One 16-year-old victim died at the hospital; the other is suffering from severe hypothermia. No additional information was provided on the victims. (East Cobb News)
2. "Riverdance" is coming to the Atlanta metro area! The legendary Irish dance and music performance will strut its way to the Fox Theatre in January as part of its 25th anniversary tour. This performance is a continuation of a 2020 tour, which was shut down due to the pandemic. (MDJOnline.com)
3. Are you interested in learning how to make a Pinewood Derby Car? Cub Scout Pack 61 in Smyrna is holding a fun Pinewood Derby Workshop Day that will teach you the basics of this engaging activity.
