Vinings Jubilee Welcomes Six New Tenants

Paces Properties announced today six additions to the tenant mix at Vinings Jubilee. Arriving throughout Spring and Summer 2019, the newest additions include lifestyle store Waiting on Martha Everyday, upscale barbershop Boardroom Salon for Men, full-service natural sugaring and wax salon Sweet Peach, popular group workout studio Orangetheory Fitness, and two delectable bake shops The Whimsy Cookie Company and Southern Baked Pie Company.

Waiting on Martha Everyday | Now Open
With the success of Mandy Kellogg Rye’s first brick and mortar store at Vinings Jubilee, Waiting on Martha Home, comes the ideal complement to essential home décor. The 1,817-square-foot space, designed to help you live inspired “everyday”, will be your go-to spot for everyday apparel, accessories, and beauty.

Boardroom Salon for Men | Now Open
Since 2004, Boardroom has been the place where men get ready. They deliver the ultimate relaxed grooming experience for men by providing exceptional haircuts, shaves, and spa services in an elegant, country club environment. Similar to a sophisticated men’s club, the 1,895-square-foot salon features dark wood paneling, a relaxing lounge with oversized leather chairs, a pool table and a great vibe. “Atlanta is a strong growth market for us, as we’re continuing to see high demand for more luxury men’s salons in various neighborhoods,” says Co-Founder and CEO Bruce Schultz. “We’re excited to become a part of the Vinings community and to serve as a comfortable place for the men here to relax and get ready.”

Sweet Peach Wax & Sugaring Studio | Now Open
Sweet Peach Wax & Sugaring Studio is a pristine, full-service natural sugaring and wax salon and the first studio in Georgia to utilize the ancient art of sugaring hair removal. Sugaring utilizes a 100% all-natural paste and provides a gentler & less painful experience than waxing. Sweet Peach also offers all-natural spray tans and their own line of hand-made lotions, scrubs & bath products. Founded by Raquel Souza, Sweet Peach is consistently voted as the best of Atlanta in both regional and national publications. “Vinings Jubilee has a community charm and we felt Sweet Peach would fit in nicely and provides a nice compliment to the other retailers in the center,” says Owner Raquel Souza. The new space is designed by Tony Akly with Restaurant Consulting Group, Inc. and features a clean, bright and modern design along with little touches that give it a peachy charm.

Orangetheory Fitness | Opening Late Summer 2019
Orangetheory Fitness combines three aspects into one workout: science, coaching, and technology. One can’t work without the other: this trifecta is essential for our workout, and essential for you. Orangetheory is bringing a new space where the community can come and enjoy our workouts while gaining the tools for more life. “Vinings was just a clear win to us when we were scoping out properties,” says National Sales Director Mike Mehr. “The amazing community and yet charming feel will be a great fit for our Orangetheory Studio since we are all about our members and the community that we build.” Come join the one-hour, science-backed, technology tracked, coach-inspired group workout designed to maximize results and give you more life.

The Whimsy Cookie Company | Opening Summer 2019
With locations in Memphis, Little Rock and Fayetteville, Arkansas, The Whimsy Cookie Company opens its first location in Atlanta in Vinings Jubilee. Whimsy Cookie Company is a bright and welcoming space filled with the vibrant colors and delicious aroma of hand decorated sugar cookies. “My family has called Vinings home since 1976 and Vinings Jubilee has always been one of my favorite places to eat and shop – it is pure Whimsy,” says Franchise Owner Iris Ferrier. “I wanted to bring the magic of the Whimsy Cookie Company to the community I love so much.”

Southern Baked Pie Company | Opening Summer 2019
Southern Baked Pie Company is a gourmet sweet and savory pie company founded in 2012 by female entrepreneur Amanda Wilbanks, and has been featured in Southern Living, Garden & Gun, and O Magazine. “I chose the Vinings Jubilee because the sweet little cottage we will be occupying is what I dreamed by first pie shop would look like. It’s the quintessential bakery – warm, filled with natural light, and welcoming,” says Owner Amanda Wilbanks. “We also have a lot of customers and friends in Vinings that have been fans of our pies for years and encouraged us to open up a shop.” Their stores are warm, sweet, and inviting. Upon entering the stores, you are immediately surrounded by the smells of fresh baked pastry and greeted with sweet Southern hospitality. The goal of Southern Baked pie is baked fresh daily and perfect for all of life’s special occasions.
