Celebrate National Cheesecake Day in Snellville

Cheesecake. It's many people's favorite dessert. 

And what better excuse to grab a slice, or an entire cake, than National Cheesecake Day on Tuesday, July 30?

Whether it's chocolate, strawberry, pumpkin or something a little bit less vanilla, here are five places around Snellville where you can get your cheesecake fix for the country-wide holiday.

1. Bill Rhodes Bakery, located at 2335 Scenic Hwy.

2. Applebees, which has its Apple Chimicheesecake, located at 1925 Scenic Hwy. 

3. Chili's, located off Scenic Hwy., also has a regular New York-style cheesecake.

4. Longhorn Steakhouse, which has its Bananas Foster Cheesecake and Mountain Top Cheesecake. There are two locations in Snellville: 1350 Scenic Hwy. and 2120 Killian Hill Rd.

5. Grocery stores such as Publix (with two locations at 1905 Scenic Hwy. and 3550 Centerville Hwy.), Walmart (with three locations at 1550 Scenic Hwy., 3435 Centerville Hwy. and 1550 Scenic Hwy.), Aldi, and Kroger, with three locations at 4002 Highway 78, 1670 Scenic Hwy. and 3035 Scenic Hwy. 

Also, if you can wait until Saturday, the Snellville Farmers Market has vendors such as Tracy’s Tasties who carry plenty of cheesecakes.
