Man Found Fatally Shot After Reported Missing: Police

STONE MOUNTAIN, GA — A man reported missing by coworkers on Saturday was found shot to death in his car on a Highway 78 exit ramp in the Stone Mountain area, according to reports.

The victim has been identified as Robert Purcell, 40. Coworkers at a Snellville pizzeria told police that the man was normally parked in the back of the business, according to the AJC.

Police found some of Purcell's belongings in the parking lot and believe robbery may have been a motive, according to the paper.
