Snellville Daycare Director Charged With Child Cruelty: Report
A media report says the director was caught on camera recently abusing a toddler in her office.
SNELLVILLE, GA — The director of Sunshine Child Learning Center is facing charges after she was recently accused of abusing a 4-year-old toddler in her office, 11Alive reported Tuesday.
The outlet reported Vivian Rankins, 67, of Stone Mountain, was charged on suspicion of second-degree cruelty to children.
Her arrest, caught on video, came after the parent was alerted to the incident, the outlet reported.
