31 Cats Found Decomposing In Cobb Home: Report
The animal services director told media some of the cats were "bare skeletons."
MABLETON, GA — More than 30 cats were recently found decomposing during a welfare check at a Mableton townhome, Fox 5 Atlanta reported Friday.
The outlet reported police were at the home checking on a woman after she did not show up for work.
Cobb County Animal Services Director Steve Hammond told the outlet there was feces everywhere in the home, and 31 cats were in varying stages of decomposition. Some of them were "bare skeletons," Hammond said in the report.
