Last week, Cobb law enforcement officials reached out to Key West police to notify them that 37-year-old Jamaal Seymour, wanted for serious crimes such as aggravated assault and felony strangulation, may be in the vicinity based on sheriff's officials' abilities to track his shopping habits, specifically a rewards card he used.
