The county is offering free safety classes for Cobb County residents who are at least 55 years old, and the first one is Thursday.
The Senior Safety Awareness classes will be held from 10 a.m. to noon June 13, June 25, July 19 and July 30 at the Cobb County Safety Village, 1220 Al Bishop Dr. SW, Marietta.
