Why Go: Why not? It’s a great reason for Daddy’s little girl(s) to spend a little time with Dad and do something special that they will always remember. It’s a red carpet affair, with table service, music and dancing, photography and even limousine rides. Daddies go home with a booklet to keep the conversations going with their little girls.

Why Go: Support the Pebblebrook High’s arts. Plus, the way they’re churning out Broadway actors, you never know who will be in a Broadway hit this time next year!
3. "Wizard of Oz"
When/Where: Thursday through Saturday at 8 p.m. and matinee shows on Saturday and Sunday at 2 p.m. at the Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre
Why Go: It’s the classic Wizard of Oz, which is great to see come to life on stage, especially for the children. Plus a few of the munchkins are locals!

When/Where: Saturday at 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Mountain View Community Center at 3400 Sandy Plains Rd, Marietta
Why Go: Who couldn’t use a brush up on their etiquette and all children should learn some social graces. A professional modeling coach will present an etiquette life skill workshop for parents and children. Plus, the first place winners in for contest winners receive hotel accommodations at Myrtle Beach. A portion of proceeds go to local Girl Scout Troops.
