Police: Woman Tried to Run Over Husband in Austell
Her six children were in the SUV at the time.

A Douglasville woman was behind the wheel of a Ford Expedition on Friday when she allegedly tried to run over her husband with her six children in the SUV, according to a Cobb County criminal warrant.
Atavis Andrews and Lamont Bryant were arguing at the Austell Citgo gas station at 152 Riverside Pkwy. around 8 p.m. Friday. Bryant allegedly snatched Andrews' purse from her shoulder, records show.
"In an attempt to not allow Mr. Bryant to leave the gas station property," an officer wrote in the warrant, "accused then entered her vehicle with her six children inside the vehicle and drove toward Mr. Bryant in an attempt to either block or injure Mr. Bryant."
