Spend an Evening with the Candidates Thursday

Early voting is underway, and South Cobb is the location of some of the county's hottest races. Because of the all-Democratic slate of candidates, whoever wins the July 31 general primary election will likely be the next District 4 County Commissioner and the next Post 3 Board of Education representative.

So, come meet the candidates and make sure to ask them the tough questions. See for yourself if the candidates are open, transparent, able to think on their feet and are knowledgeable about all of South Cobb and the West Cobb portion of District 4 and Post 3.

The Austell Community Taskforce is hosting its meet-and-greet event on Thursday, July 12, at 6 p.m. at the South Cobb Recreation Center.
