Summer Camp Spotlight: BigTime Bank$hot Basketball
Young athletes learn from WNBA player Kiesha Brown how to be physically and financially fit.
WNBA's and 's own Kiesha Brown and BigTime BankShot Basketball camps aim to provide awareness of financial responsibility to young athletes seeking a professional career in and around sports.
Bank$hot Basketball are youth camps hosted throughout Georgia which teach kids about the details of basketball and financial literacy. Bank$hot was introduced with the premise of exposing children to alternate and subsequent career possibilities in the athletic field and professional sports arena. The student-athletes participating in the camps can expect a high intensity fun level of learning about the details of basketball. The goal is to keep the ratio (10:1) low for proper instruction and individual attention.
The principle basics of dribbling, shooting, passing, and defense as well as establishing a mental competitive edge will all be comprised within drills and games throughout the day. The camp's team-building sessions will allow our kids to become the total team player, the total package.
