UPDATE: Silver Comet ATV Rider Charged with Involuntary Manslaughter

The man, who was riding in an ATV on the Silver Comet Trail with when the vehicle collided with a pole and burned on June 30, turned himself into Cobb police on Thursday morning.

Randall Gianisiracusa of Austell was released by 3:45 p.m. the same day after posting a $20,000 bond.
