2nd Arrest Made In Shooting Of 2 At DeKalb Grocery Store

DeKalb County authorities say two people were arrested after two innocent bystanders were injured in a shooting at a local grocery store.

LITHONIA, GA — A second person has been arrested in connection with a Stone Mountain shooting that injured two innocent bystanders in April 2025, the DeKalb County Sheriff's Office said Wednesday.

Fugitive officers on Tuesday arrested Christian Earion Shamar Price, 28, at a Providence Point Way home without incident in Lithonia, authorities said.

He faces aggravated assault with a weapon charges in connection with the shooting at a Rockbridge Road grocery store in Stone Mountain, authorities said.

One person had already been arrested, but authorities did not identify the person on Wednesday.

Price is being held without bond at the DeKalb County Jail, authorities said.
