
Tickets to Paul Simon's concert and lectures later this month at Emory University sold out in less than an hour Monday.
Tickets went on sale at 10 a.m. and were gone by 10:30 a.m., according to Decurtish.

About 11 a.m., all the tickets had been given out for events to be held in Glenn Auditorium: a 4:15 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 22, lecture on “Sailing on an Endless Sea: My Life as a Songwriter;” a 3:45 p.m. Monday, Sept. 23, public conversation between Simon and former U.S. Poet Laureate Billy Collins; and an 8:15 p.m. Monday, Sept. 23, lecture on “View From Cloud: The Solitary Artist in a Collaborative Environment.”
