Timothy Hix, 20, and Corey Hix, 17, both of Woodstock and Joseph Todd, 18, and James Worley, 21, both of Canton were arrested and charged with reckless conduct stemming from allegations that passengers of a pickup truck were throwing firecrackers at trick-or-treaters in a Hickory Flat subdivision, Middlebrook.  They were released on $680 bonds, said Lt. Jay Baker with the .  One child received minor injuries when a firework exploded nearby, Baker said. A resident was able to get a license plate number, leading to the arrest.
