In response to American Red Cross statistics that every two seconds someone in the United States needs blood, <a href="http://www.northside.com/blooddrives?DateID=8194&amp;Date=2013-07-26T11%3a00%3a00" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Northside Hospital-Cherokee is hosting a community blood drive Friday</a>. The drive takes place Friday, July 26, at 11 a.m. at Northside Hospital-Cherokee, 211 Hospital Road, Canton, in the Outpatient Rehab Services Building. All donors will receive a free T-shirt.
