  1. Eastern Idaho Public Health and Region 7 Behavioral Health Board are holding a town hall meeting today, Jul. 11, on the fentanyl crisis. They are hoping to increase public awareness of the dangers of the drug and how the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) has found that six out of every 10 DEA-tested pills have contained a potentially lethal dose of fentanyl. There will be a resource fair at 5:30 p.m. and the discussion will begin at 6:30 p.m. (East Idaho News)
  2. If you're looking for a family-friendly summer activity, The Idaho Falls Sidewalk Chalk Festival is this week! This year’s featured artists are Brittany Shepler, Lisa Wyatt, and Nicole Klienman. See the chalk art creations on the sidewalk of both South Capital Park and The Art Museum of Eastern Idaho on Jul. 15 from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The event is free and open to the public. (East Idaho News)
  3. Did you miss the recent Idaho Falls rally car show? Wackerli Subaru recently hosted a car show with professional rallycross driver Bucky Lasek and racer Tyson White in attendance. Along with cars, there was live music, food trucks, games, and pet adoptions! If you're interested in the rallycross races, you can watch them live at Idaho Falls Raceway and Atomic Motor Raceway.
