Costco Cold Medicine Recalled After Possible Contamination
The cold and flu caplets should be returned to the store for a full refund, according to the manufacturer.

ILLINOIS — Kirkland Signature cold and flu medicine sold at Costco was recently recalled because of possible contamination, its manufacturer announced last week.
Anyone who purchased Kirkland Signature Severe Cold & Flu Plus Congestion caplets between Oct. 30 and Nov. 30 should check the lot code number after a specific code that was rejected due to potential foreign matter in the product was accidentally released and shipped, according to the manufacturer, New York-based LNK International Inc. The recall pertains to select locations in the midwestern and southeastern U.S.
The affected lot code is P140082 and any product marked with the code should be returned to Costco for a full refund.
