A suburban couple was arrested on charges of sexual conduct with an animal, months after police say they received a report of a video showing inappropriate sexual contact with a dog.

Meanwhile, authorities say they've arrested the man behind a series of groping incidents, noting, "random sexually motivated attacks, as alleged in this case, don’t just traumatize the immediate victim, they also terrorize an entire community."

Plus, a decorated deputy police chief who was recently credited with saving the life of a distraught teen girl is retiring after more than three decades.

Man, Woman Arrested For Sexual Conduct With A Dog: Police

According to police, in July 2025, suburban police received a report of a video of a man engaging in inappropriate sexual contact with a dog. In November, a 23-year-old man and 27-year-old woman were arrested on charges of sexual conduct with an animal.

Serial Groper Who Preyed On Women In Public Arrested: State's Attorney

The man "allegedly roamed the streets of ... looking for his next victim," the state's attorney said. One of the victims was walking with her six-month-old baby when she was assaulted, officials said.
