IL Man Faces More Charges After Exposing Genitals Near Horses Again: Police
Jack Blanke of Quincy was previously charged with having sexual contact with a horse and is now charged with criminal trespass.

QUINCY, IL – A 40-year-old Quincy man who was arrested this spring for having sexual conduct with a horse is again facing criminal charges stemming from inappropriate activity around a horse, police said.
Jack Blanke was arrested early Sunday for criminal trespass after he was found near a horse farm in Quincy with his genitals exposed near two horses at the farm, the Adams County Sheriff’s Office said. Banke was seen on surveillance footage around 1 a.m. Sunday in the 5500 block of North Bottom Road.
Blanke was arrested in April when police said he made an early-morning visit to another property in Quincy when he was found having sexual contact with a horse, police said. He was charged with criminal trespass and sexual contact with an animal, according to the Herald-Whig, which reported deputies found Blanke in contact with the horses while they were on patrol.
