Davis was charged with manufacturing and the delivery of more than 5,000 grams of cannabis, trafficking less than 5,000 grams of cannabis, speeding through a construction zone and driving on a restricted license, police said.
While marijuana possession of up to 5 grams of cannabis concentrate, as many as 500 milligrams infused with THC, and up to 30 grams of cannabis flower is legal in Illinois, police said that the amount of marijuana in Davis’ car was well over the legal limit.
