Illinois Resident Captures $1.15M Prize In Lucky Day Lotto Online Win
The winner, who has not come forward, matched all five numbers in the drawing and is the second person to win at least $1 million in 2023.
ILLINOIS — A Illinois resident who played the Lucky Day Lotto game Thursday night woke up to a pleasant surprise on Friday after winning more than $1 million in an online play, the Illinois Lottery announced.
Lottery officials did not reveal the identity of the lottery player, who matched all five numbers on Thursday night’s Lucky Day Lotto game to win $1.15 million, lottery officials said. The winning numbers were 8, 10, 14, 26, and 32.
The winner became the second Illinois resident to win at least $1 million this year by playing Lucky Day Lotto.

In total, more than 37,000 winning tickets were sold, and nearly $1.3 million in prizes were won in Thursday evening's Lucky Day Lotto drawing, lottery officials said on Friday.
The Illinois Lottery says it encourages all winners to write their name on the back of their ticket and keep it in a safe place until they are ready to claim their prize.
