Police say the incident happened on an overpass Monday morning, warning residents, "There will be A LOT of traffic in town for an unknown amount of time as an investigation is being conducted on I-80. Please avoid the area."

Federal agents reported that they had been trying to arrest a 46-year-old man in a parking lot when two females approached and began hitting the two agents in the head, police said. The man and two women the fled to a nearby home, according to police.
