'Home Alone' House Is The Priciest Holiday Movie Residence: Ranking

On Lincoln Avenue, where the McCallister family lives in the 1990 film, a house costs an average of $1.56 million, according to the study. As of this spring, the house had a much higher value than the average local home. It was listed for $5.25 million in May by sellers who had expanded the residence to over 9,100 square feet. They accepted an offer a week later.
