Police say the 47-year-old initially told officers that he took a would-be intruder's shotgun and killed him during a struggle. "Based on the video and recent investigation, we do not have any evidence the victim and alleged accomplice were breaking into (the suspect's) residence when the shooting took place," and the gun belonged to the suspect, police said.
