ILLINOIS — A dry start to the weekend is expected, before rain returns to the area on Saturday night, according to the National Weather Service Chicago.
Temperatures will be near 60, with a high of 63 on Friday, a high of 60 on Saturday and a high of 63 on Sunday.

"A few showers may linger around into Sunday, but otherwise, dry conditions are expected into early next week," the weather service said on its Facebook.

The start of the work week also looks to have temperatures near 60, with dry conditions, according to the current forecast.
