ILLINOIS — It's Fourth of July, which means Americans are celebrating with cookouts, fireworks and parades. Perhaps the pinnacle of patriotism, though, is the pet who willingly and obviously enthusiastically dons red-white-and blue sunglasses, bandanas, tutus and bows.
