Girl, 2, Dies After Narcan Unsuccessful, Parents Face Felony Charges

According to court documents, the father unsuccessfully administered Narcan to the 2-year-old, then discouraged the mother from calling 911 before the couple ordered more doses of Narcan via Uber.
