The man told police he dropped his phone, and it had slid under the woman at Ross Dress For Less, according to police reports. But officers who searched his phone found nearly a dozen upskirt videos, officials said.

About 6 a.m., police say a dark SUV pulled into the parking lot and blocked the front end of the car that was at the ATM. Five people got out of the dark SUV, at least three of whom were armed with handguns, and demanded the victim's phone and cash before two of them got into the victim's car and drove away, police said.

ID Thief Hides Near Backyard Hot Tub: Police

Officers and a K-9 responded to a report of a suspicious person in a suburban backyard just after 1 a.m., and found the man hiding near a hot tub in the yard. Police found that the man had a warrant out for his arrest on previous identity theft charges.

Motorcyclist Seriously Injured In Crash

The motorcyclist was taken to a nearby hospital with serious injuries and then airlifted to a level 1 trauma center. The driver and passenger of the SUV sustained only minor injuries and were released at the scene, police said.
