Algonquin Summer Concert Series Announced
Algonquin announces band lineup for rockin' summer past time.

The Algonquin Summer Concert Series is fast approaching.
The village has announced the lineup for this year's series, held weekly at 7:30 p.m. on Thursdays at Riverfront Park. The concerts are free and a "wonderful way to enjoy the scenic Fox River with your family around a picnic dinner."
No time to pack a picnic? This year's concert series will include something new: a food vendor. A food vendor will be invited to sell food at the Thursday concerts, said Michael Kumbera, assistant to the village manager.
Parking is available on and around North Harrison Street. Riverfront Park is located just north of Port Edward Restaurant.
In the event of inclement or questionable weather, concerts may be cancelled. The public can call 847-658-2716, or visit www.algonquin.org/recreation for status information and further details on each concert.
