Cary Man Sentenced To 7 Years In Prison For Cocaine Delivery

The Cary man was sentenced by a McHenry County judge after pleading guilty to felony cocaine delivery.

MCHENRY COUNTY, IL — Patrick D. Kenneally, McHenry County State's Attorney, announced Monday that Raymond Landry, 36, from Cary, was sentenced to seven years in the Illinois Department of Corrections, according to a news release from the McHenry County State's Attorney's office. Landry was sentenced by McHenry County Judge Michael Coppedge after pleading guilty to felony delivery of cocaine, stemming from when he sold the drug to a confidential informant on Oct. 3, 2017, according to the news release.

This case was investigated by members of the Illinois State Police North Central Narcotics Task
Force, and prosecuted by Brian Miller of the McHenry County State’s Attorney’s
office.
