Child Porn Charges Filed Against Huntley Man

HUNTLEY, IL — A 25-year-old man faces possession of child pornography charges for allegations he possessed child pornograpahy.
Jordan K. Hein, of the 10300 block of Sawgrass Lane in Huntley, has been charged with five counts of child pornography and reproduction on computer/video-victim under 13.
Authorities lauded an investigation into Hein in February when the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force provided the Huntley Police Department with information that was obtained from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children data system indicating the possible possession of child pornography by an unidentified internet subscriber, according to a news release from the Huntley Police Department.

Police identified Hein as a suspect and obtained a search warrant for his home in the 10300 block of Sawgrass Lane where he lived, police said. Investigators from the Office of the Illinois Attorney General assisted Huntley Police Department Detectives in the examination and analysis of several seized electronic devices, police said.
Hein was taken into custody and was transported to McHenry County Jail pending a detention hearing.
