County Line Road Restaurant Site Sells For $1.1 Million

ALGONQUIN, IL — The site of a second-generation restaurant at 2561 County Line Road has been sold for $1.1 million by SVN Chicago Commercial. SVN Chicago announced the sale of the more than 7,000 square foot restaurant, according to the Daily Herald, adding that Tim Rasmussen, CCIM and Olivia Czyzynski of SVN Chicago Commercial represented the seller. It's SVN Chicago's second sale of the property in the last four years, the news report said.

Rasmussen said the buyer plans to open a "casual Mexican concept."
