Donkey Duo Wandering In McHenry County Herded Home: Sheriff

MCHENRY COUNTY, IL — McHenry County Sheriff's Office deputies were called to help herd some suspected hairy wanderers home Tuesday afternoon.

According to a sheriff's office tweet to WBBM radio, dispatchers fielded a call that reported two donkeys walking down the road around 2:35 p.m. in a subdivision off of Greenwood Road in Woodstock.

The sheriff's office said the donkey call was one of the "less serious" calls received Tuesday, however they did end up locating the duo and herded them home.
